    Jaljeera is a very famous North Indian drink and it’s perfect to deal with these hot summer days. This popular summer drink is spicy, tangy, and packed with flavours.     • Ingredients

    • ½ cup coriander leaves
    • ½ cup mint leaves
    • Piece of ginger
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • ⅓ cup tamarind paste
    • 1 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 2 tsp black salt
    • ½ tsp asafoetida
    • 1 tsp dry mango powder
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • Ice cubes

    How to Make

  • 1In a jar, add some coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger and lemon juice. Grind and make a smooth paste.
  • 2Transfer the paste into a jar.
  • 3Add tamarind paste, black pepper powder, cumin powder, black salt, asafoetida, mango powder, and sugar. Mix it well.
  • 4Then add ice cubes and pour the jal jeera.
