Headway offers free shipping nationwide on all orders. We have the best logistics service providers in place to ensure that your orders reach you safely and well in time.
Currently, we ship only in India.
Orders are scheduled to arrive within 7 business days depending on the destination. However, there may be some unforeseen circumstances under which your order may take longer. Under such circumstances, we will notify you by mail.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number information. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Order page or by logging in to your account if you have created one.
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.
To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

Returns
All headway products come with a 100 day trial period. After using your headway for 100 days if you feel unsatisfied you can return the product, no questions asked.
You must inform us by sending us an email to hey@headwaymade.com with order no. and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Headway reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. We offer credit notes too in case the product you have requested for an exchange is sold out or unavailable for any given reason. Credit notes are valid for a year from the date of issue. Credit note must be redeemed in one go.
If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
We always try to handle returns as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your return and process the refund.
After the refund has been initiated by headway as per the returns policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
lease note, Headway initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a headway warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Headway may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
We invest a great deal of love and care into making each Headway product. We are so sure of our quality that we extend a 2-year warranty on all Headwaymade goods. However for any reason if you face any difficulty or find a manufacturing defect in our goods, we will replace your order, no questions asked within the first two years of purchase. Please note breakage due to use is not covered by your warranty.
If you observe any damage in the packaging/products or the quantity or type/category is not as per the order booking, kindly inform the customer care executive immediately. We will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day as per the availability of the products and quantity you had ordered.

Yes, you can opt for cash on delivery.
Yes we do.
We are using a very secure and trusted payment gateway to provide full security to our customers. If an amount is deducted after any failed transaction, it will be reverted to the bank account of the customer within a few days of time.
No, we do not store any credit/debit card information. We are as paranoid about your credit/debit card information as you are! Your payment details are encrypted and sent to the payment gateway directly for billing. At no point is this information stored by us.
Anyone not being able to use a credit card can try a debit card or net banking. You could also re-attempt the transaction after some time as it could be due to a server problem.

Our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders, the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.
