- This campaign is open to individual influencers and content creators residing in India who are 18 years of age or above.
- Participants must fill out the registration form available on the Companyβs website to apply.
- Submitting the form constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Selected participants will receive one email or call confirming their selection.
- The selection decision of the Company is final and cannot be challenged.
- Each approved participant must submit two videos of [β] minute each.
- The videos must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of approval intimation.
- Failure to submit the videos within the specified timeline will result in immediate disqualification.
- All videos must be original and created solely by the participant.
- The content must be appropriate, non-offensive, and in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
- The Company will not accept plagiarized or copied content. Submission of the same will result in immediate disqualification cons
- Upon submission, all ownership rights in the videos shall transfer to Merlin Brands Private Limited.
- The participant agrees to indemnify the brand for any third-party claims resulting from the influencerβs unauthorized use of intellectual property.
- The Company shall have full rights to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or display the submitted content in any form and for any purpose.
- Participants shall not claim any future ownership, credit, or royalty for the submitted content.
- No monetary compensation will be provided for participation in this campaign.
- Participation is voluntary.
- Participation does not create any employment, partnership, or long-term collaboration with the Company.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe any third-party rights.
- Participants must obtain all required permissions for any person, music, or material appearing in their content.
- Any misrepresentation, false information, or inappropriate conduct may lead to immediate disqualification.
- The Company reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify any participant without prior notice.
- Participants must not share or disclose any non-public information received from the Company during the campaign.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this campaign.
- The Company does not guarantee selection, visibility or any future opportunity as part of this campaign.
- The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

- Any disputes arising under or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
