    • Ingredients

    • 1 cup of water
    • 1 Ceylon cinnamon stick
    • 8 ounces water
    • 1 tea bag (regular or decaffeinated black tea or herbal tea)
    • ½ or 2 tsp honey

    How to Make

  • 1Boil water in a saucepan along with the cinnamon stick
  • 2Steep the cinnamon stick in boiling water, covered, for 10 minutes.
  • 3Add the tea bag. Steep for 1 to 2 additional minutes.
  • 4Remove the tea bag and cinnamon stick.
  • 5Add honey and stir, your detox tea is ready
