Siblings’ Pursuit of Organic Revolution/Aakanksha & Ashmeet Kapoor

It’s not easy to do things in an unconventional way, especially when numbers matter while running a business. But this sibling chose the revolutionary path for the good, they envision a world where organic and sustainable is the norm and chemical agriculture is non-existent. Essentially, it is to do something for the earth, to do something for the farmers, to create an ecosystem where the consumer, the planet and the farmer co-exist and benefit from each other free of chemicals.

The idea is to do something good for the environment. They want to develop a product that will be beneficial to consumers from a chemical-free, additive-free, and preservative-free standpoint; more beneficial to farmers from a financial standpoint; and beneficial to the planet from a perspective where the soil will be replenished with nutrients that are beneficial to the soil vs the hazards of putting in chemicals.

Ashmeet was the CEO for 8 yrs and for the last 2 yrs Aakanksha took over as the CEO I say organic was Ashmeet’s idea, he is taking care of more leadership and development and culture setting whereas Aakanksha is taking care of overall business and operations now. He is involved mostly at the strategic level.
